Still having trouble with sort order?

I have configured and saved all my products, and selected the ones I want to show on my main page under the products category, and moved them to the very top of the list. They still aren't showing up though. Only half of the products I moved to the top of the list are there, and they seem to be in no specific order, just randomly placed with other random garments. I have apparel moved to the top of my Product types as well.

Any ideas?

Hey Jason -

This sounds similiar to the problem I am having.  http://help.deconetwork.com/Forum/t...fault.aspx

There is some advice in their that may work for you.

Unfortunately, we are having the exact same problem you are having. Hopefully they will get this fixed soon as it is holding up the development of our store as well.

I believe I am going to open  a support ticket on it today. I will keep you posted.

Hi Jason,

As mentioned above, our developers were informed about it and this issue should be fixed with next update to the version 2.03. I can't give you any specific time frame when the next update will take place, but usually an updates are made every few weeks (based on how tests are going) and the last onehad place over two weeks ago which means that it shouldn't take long. As soon as this issue will be fixed, you will be informed about it through email or/and on the forum. Thank you for your patience and I am sorry for an inconvenience.
