How to edit a page
Step 1: Open the Pages area
- Go to Admin → Websites
- Click Manage on your website
- Go to Edit Website → Website Pages
- Select Pages

Step 2: Select and edit the page
- Click on the page you want to edit
- Drag and drop content elements onto the page
- Update text, images, or layout as needed
- Click Save
Tip: Use drag-and-drop panels to quickly build or update your page layout without coding.
How to copy a page
Step 1: Locate the page
- Go to Pages
- Find the page you want to duplicate
Step 2: Copy the page
- Click Copy next to the page
- A duplicate page will be created
- Rename and edit the copied page as needed
Note: System pages including Designs, Products, Decorated Products, Designer, Request a Quote, and Quick Quote cannot be copied.
Tip: Copying a page is a fast way to reuse layouts for similar content, such as product categories or landing pages.
How to remove (delete) a page
Step 1: Locate the page
- Go to Pages
- Select the page you want to delete
Step 2: Remove the page
- Click Remove
- Confirm the deletion
Warning: Deleted pages cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need the page before removing it.
Note: If you do not see the Remove option, the page is a system page and cannot be deleted.
How to hide a page from the menu
Step 1: Locate the page
- Go to Pages
- Select the page you want to hide
Step 2: Disable menu visibility
- Uncheck Show in menu in the bottom toolbar
Uncheck “Show in Menu” to hide the page from navigation
Tip: Hiding a page removes it from navigation but does not disable it. Users can still access it via a direct link.
How to turn off a page
Step 1: Open advanced settings
- Select the page
- Go to Advanced Settings (bottom toolbar)
Step 2: Turn the page off
- Select Off from the Page status dropdown
Note: A turned-off page will appear grayed out in the Pages list, indicating it is inactive.
Tip: Turning off a page ensures it is not accessible, even via direct links.
Best-practice tips
- Use copy instead of rebuilding similar pages from scratch
- Hide pages instead of deleting them if you may need them later
- Regularly review your navigation to keep it clean and user-friendly
- Turn off pages that should not be publicly accessible
Troubleshooting
I can’t delete a page
- The page is likely a system page, which cannot be removed
- Instead, hide it from the menu or turn it off
The page is not visible in the menu
- Check if Show in menu is enabled
- If unchecked, the page will not appear in navigation
The page is not accessible at all
- The page may be turned Off in Advanced Settings
- Re-enable the page to make it accessible again

Can I recover a deleted page?
- No. Once deleted, the page cannot be restored
