Because global notices are enforced at the account level, they ensure consistent, reliable communication that cannot be overridden by affiliates.
Global notices can be displayed in key areas of the page (such as the top or bottom of the main content) and can be written in either plain text or HTML, giving you flexibility in both formatting and style.

Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator access to the DecoNetwork Admin area.

Why Configure a Global Store Notice?
A Global Store Notice ensures consistent, centralized communication across all of your affiliate stores. It is especially useful for:
- Reaching all customers at once – Announce network-wide sales or promotions without relying on affiliates to make their own updates.
- Sharing time-sensitive updates – Communicate urgent information such as scheduled maintenance, shipping delays, or policy changes immediately to every store visitor.
- Maintaining brand consistency – Present the same message in the same format on every store, reinforcing your brand’s professionalism.
- Controlling message placement – Position urgent notices prominently or place less critical updates more discreetly, ensuring the right level of visibility.
Step 1: Open the Global Store Notice Settings
- Log in to your DecoNetwork Admin account.

Go to Admin → Websites.

Click Global Store Notice.

In the main work area of the Global Store Notice configuration screen, message boxes are provided for you to enter content:
- Top of Page Body – Displays at the top of the main content area.
- Bottom of Page Body – Displays at the bottom of the main content area.
Step 2: Enter Your Global Messages

Type your message into one or more of these fields. You can use plain text or HTML. If a field is left blank, no message will appear in that section.
To enter your message as HTML, click the Source button in the editor toolbar, paste or write your HTML code, and then click the Source button again to return to the normal view.

Tip: Use HTML to add formatting, links, or styles, but ensure the content remains accessible and mobile-friendly. -
Optionally, change the background color of the message.
Use the Background Color selector located below each message field. Click the color picker icon, choose your desired color, and the background of that notice will update accordingly.
Step 3: Save Your Settings

Click Save after entering your message(s).
Your notices will be applied immediately across all affiliate websites.

- Keep it short: Use concise notices to maintain a clean site layout. Link to a detail page if needed.
- Lead with the action: Start with the key message, e.g.,“Store closed Dec 25–26,” then add details.
- Preview notices: Check layout on both desktop and mobile devices before saving.
- Use high-contrast colors: Ensure critical announcements stand out.
- Use simple HTML Stick to basic elements like links and small icons for clarity.
- Time‑box promotions: Always include valid dates and a contact option.
Troubleshooting
- Saved but nothing shows: Confirm you edited the correct placement (top vs bottom vs column) and that the field isn’t blank.
- Affiliate says they removed it: They can’t. Verify they’re checking the right area and that you didn’t clear the field.
