Selecting supplier catalogs will give you access to an enormous product range which you can then sell through Business Hub and your web stores. Products that are selected from the chosen catalogs are based on Smart Select rules. If a product matches the Smart Select criteria for any enabled decoration process, the product will be imported from the selected catalog. Smart Select rules are configured under Admin > Decoration Processes > [Process] > Smart Select Rules. See the Smart Select Rules help article for details.
Prerequisites
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
To Select a Catalog:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Products.
- Click on Select Catalog.
The Select Catalog page will be displayed.
From this page, you can select which catalogs you wish to make available as part of your product range by selecting the corresponding checkbox. Two checkboxes let you toggle the availability of certain products:
- Only show catalogs from your country will show/hide catalogs not relevant to your location.
By default, the checkbox is ticked so that only catalogs from your country are shown. Untick the checkbox if you want to add catalogs from other countries.
- Include products that cannot be decorated (bottom of page) will toggle the selection of products you cannot decorate.
For each Catalog you select, you may also filter out brands from a catalog by clicking on the select link.
Clicking on the link will open a selection window.
Once your selections are complete, you will be informed in the left column of the Work Area what changes will be made to your products. Clicking on "View Details" will give you a breakdown of those changes.
- Only show catalogs from your country will show/hide catalogs not relevant to your location.
- When you are done, click Save.
