Customize Store Gift Certificates

If gift certificates have been enabled by the Fulfillment Center, you will be able to choose if customers will be able to purchase gift certificates from your affiliate web store. The Gift Certificates settings page within your website management settings allows you to customize the design of gift certificates for your particular store. You can choose from existing design templates or upload your own template, and change the font and font color to customize the look of your certificate.

Prerequisites

• Gift Certificates must be enabled by the Fulfillment Center
• To change the design of gift certificates for your store, customization must be enabled by the Fulfillment Center.

To set gift certificate availability for your store:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. If you are the Fulfillment Center:
   1. Browse to Admin > Websites.
      
   2. Click the Manage button beside the affiliate store you wish to configure gift certificates for.
      
3. Browse to Marketing and Sales Tools > Gift Certificates
   
4. Select an option from the Allow Gift Certificates dropdown list:
   
   • Yes: Allow customers to purchase gift certificates from your website.
   • No: Do not allow customers to purchase gift certificates from your website.
5. Click Save.

To customize gift certificate design for your store:

1. Make sure you have followed the steps above and selected Yes from the Allow Gift Certificates dropdown list.
2. Customize the gift certificate by making any of the following changes:
   • Change the font: Click on the Change Font button to choose a different font.
   • Change the font color: Click on the Font color box to choose a different font color.
   • Choose a different template: Click on any of the existing templates to change the design of the certificate; or
   • Upload a new template: Click on the Upload Template button to create your own template for the gift certificate.
     
     1. Enter a name for the new template.
     2. Click on the Select Image text to upload an image to use as the background of the gift certificate. The image should be 510 pixels wide and 320 pixels high.
     3. Click on the Change Font button to choose a different font.
     4. Click on the Font color box to choose a different font color.
     5. Click Save.

        The new template will appear in the Templates section.

     6. Select the new template to apply it.

   You will be able to preview the changes live as you make them.
