Order-related documents originating from your shop are automatically rendered using templates. These templates are used during the order process. The format is CSS/HTML which is converted to PDF when attached to an email that is sent to the customer. The templates are also used as the basis of the web page equivalent - such as a customer view of an order - when the customer clicks a link in an email sending them to their order. The layout and the content of the templates are customizable.

- To edit HTML templates, an understanding and knowledge of HTML is required
- To edit CSS templates, an understanding and knowledge of CSS is required
- To set up the order-reply email address you need to have contact with your domain name administrator
