I can't log in to my account

If you are unable to log in to your DecoNetwork website, here are some tips for a possible solution:

• Check that you have entered your credentials correctly: if you receive an error message indicating that your username or password is incorrect, you may have mistyped your login details. Double-check you are using the correct username and password for the account, paying close attention to the spelling. Remember, passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure that you use the correct capitalization and avoid any spaces.
• Check if your browser has autocorrected your username or password: if you have the Autocorrect feature enabled on your browser, it may be altering the spelling of your username or password. Try disabling Autocorrect or adding your username to your dictionary to avoid this problem.
• Reset your password: if you're still encountering errors, you can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the login page. This will take you to the Forgot Password page, where you can follow the steps to create a new password.
• Try logging in directly from your website instead of the Help Center: if you are having trouble logging in through the Help Center, try logging in directly from your website.
• Try logging in from a private window: over time information stored by your browser can sometimes interfere with the login process. Try using the private browsing feature of your browser to log in. If you are able to successfully log in using a private window, clear your cache and cookies and attempt to log in again from a regular window.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies: your web browser stores copies of pages you visit and other information in its cache. Sometimes this stored information can prevent successful log ins. Look up instructions for clearing cache and cookies for your particular browser. Once you have cleared your cache and cookies, restart your browser and try logging in again.
• Use the Login Via Email feature: If you’ve forgotten your username, you can use the "Login Via Email" button on the login page if the feature has been turned on by the fulfillment center. This feature allows you to log in using your email address by sending you a login link with an embedded token. It’s a convenient alternative if you can’t recall your username.
