Print quote/order proof sheet

Proof sheets are a vital component in the production process, serving as a final check to ensure that all design specifications, colors, and details are accurately represented before proceeding with production. In DecoNetwork's Business Hub, generating and printing these proof sheets is a streamlined process that ensures accuracy and efficiency, providing both you and your customers with a clear visualization of the final product. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the step-by-step process of downloading sheets in DecoNetwork's Business Hub.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To print a quote/order proof sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
   
3. Click View to load the quote/order for which you want to print a proof sheet.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote/order, except for the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on Proof Sheet from the Quote/Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on the Print menu item. The system Print dialog will be displayed.
   
6. Configure the print settings if required.
7. Click OK.
