View quote/order proof sheet

You can view quote proof sheets and order sheets in PDF format directly in Business Hub without having to download them first.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To view a quote/order proof sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Orders.
3. Click View to load the quote/order for which you want to view a proof sheet.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote/order, except for the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on the Production tab.
   A table of items to be produced will be displayed indicating the items' status for each step in the production process.

5. Click on the Proof Sheet action in the Order Actions menu.

   The Proof Sheet dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
6. Click on the View menu item. The quote/order proof sheet will be displayed.
