View quote/order proof sheet

Proof sheets are crucial for verifying design details, colors, and specifications before production. DecoNetwork's Business Hub offers a convenient feature that allows you to view quote proof sheets and order sheets directly in PDF format, without the need to download them first. This functionality streamlines the approval process, making it faster and easier to ensure accuracy and make any necessary adjustments. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of viewing proof sheets within DecoNetwork's Business Hub.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To view a quote/order proof sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
   
3. Click View to load the quote/order for which you want to view a proof sheet.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote/order, except for the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on Proof Sheet from the Quote/Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on the View menu item. The quote/order proof sheet will be displayed.
