If Show store details is selected under Admin → Websites → Manage → Store Configuration → Store Options, the contact details configured on this page will be shown on your website and used in customer communications such as emails and correspondence. If Show fulfillment center details is selected, the fulfillment center’s contact details and branding will be used instead.

How to configure account details
Step 1: Open the Account Details page
Purpose: Access the account profile settings used for your website and customer communications.
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.

Browse to Admin → Websites.

Click Manage beside the website you want to configure.

In the left menu, browse to Administration → Account Details.
The Account Details page lets you configure the store’s contact information and login details.
The Account Details page will be displayed.
Step 2: Configure your contact information
Purpose: Define the contact details customers will see when your store is configured to display store details.

Enter or update the following details as required:
- Salutation
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Street address
- City
- Country
- State
- Postcode
- Phone #
The information entered here can flow through to your storefront and customer communications when your store is configured to show store details instead of fulfillment center details.
- Optionally tick Let me know of latest specials if you want to receive promotional updates.
Step 3: Update login details optional
Purpose: Change the login password for the website account.
- Enter a new password in the New Password field.
- Re-enter the password in the Retype New Password field.
- Click Save.
