- You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.
In this article...
To delete an abandoned cart:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
- Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to delete.
- Click on the Delete selected orders button.
- Click yes in the Delete Order popup to confirm you want to delete the abandoned cart order. The order will be permanently deleted.
To delete abandoned carts in bulk:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
- Tick the checkboxes of the abandoned carts you want to delete in bulk.
- Click on Delete Order in the Order Actions menu.
- Click OK in the confirmation popup to confirm you want to delete the abandoned cart orders. The orders will be permanently deleted.
