Delete abandoned carts

From time to time to time you may wish to remove abandoned carts that are too old to be recovered to declutter your Business Hub for improved efficiency. Before deleting abandoned carts be sure to analyze the abandoned carts to identify the causes of abandonment and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To delete an abandoned cart:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to delete.
   
4. Click on the Delete selected orders button.
   
5. Click yes in the Delete Order popup to confirm you want to delete the abandoned cart order.
   
   The order will be permanently deleted.

To delete abandoned carts in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Tick the checkboxes of the abandoned carts you want to delete in bulk.
   
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Delete Order in the Order Actions menu.
   
5. Click OK in the confirmation popup to confirm you want to delete the abandoned cart orders.
   
   The orders will be permanently deleted.
