DecoNetwork's Business Hub offers a convenient way to manage and print invoice sheets for these abandoned carts, providing a tangible and organized method for follow-up. With the ability to print an abandoned cart invoice sheet PDF directly within the Business Hub, you can streamline your follow-up efforts without the need to download files first. In this guide, we will walk you through the straightforward steps to generate and print these invoice sheets, enabling you to efficiently address and recover abandoned carts.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To print an abandoned cart invoice sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to print.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Invoice Sheet from the Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on Print.

   The system Print dialog will be displayed.

   
6. Configure the print settings if required.
7. Click OK.
