View abandoned cart invoice sheet

Managing abandoned carts is a vital part of boosting your sales and improving customer retention. DecoNetwork simplifies this process by allowing you to view invoice sheets for abandoned carts directly within the Business Hub, without the need to download them first. In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to quickly and easily access these invoice sheets, enabling you to efficiently track and follow up on abandoned carts.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To view an abandoned cart invoice sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to view.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Invoice Sheet from the Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on View.

   The invoice sheet will be displayed.
