In this guide, we will show you how to download a proof sheet of all the details of an abandoned cart in PDF format for thorough review. This feature allows you to have a comprehensive record of the abandoned cart, facilitating effective follow-up with potential customers.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To download an abandoned cart proof sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to download.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Proof Sheet from the Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on download.

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
