View abandoned cart proof sheet

If you're managing an online store, you know how crucial it is to keep track of abandoned carts to understand customer behavior and recover potential sales. DecoNetwork simplifies this process by allowing you to access detailed proof sheets of abandoned carts directly within Business Hub, without the need for any downloads. In this tutorial, we'll walk you through the steps to effortlessly view these proof sheets. This feature not only saves you time but also streamlines your workflow, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To view an abandoned cart proof sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to view.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Proof Sheet from the Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on View.

   The abandoned cart proof sheet will be displayed.
