Download quote/order sheet

You can download PDF versions of quote sheets and order sheets if the quote/order is not in draft. Quote sheets and order sheets can be downloaded individually while you are viewing them. Order sheets can also be downloaded in bulk.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To download a quote/order sheet PDF individually:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
3. Click View to load the quote or order for which you want to download a quote/order sheet.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote or order, except on the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on Quote Sheet or Order Sheet from the Actions menu.
        

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

        
5. Click on the Download menu item.

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.

To download order sheet PDFs in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Orders.
3. Tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to download.
   

   You can select all orders displayed on the current page by clicking on the circle icon at the top of the checkbox column and clicking on select all orders on page and deselect all orders by clicking on deselect all.

   

   The number in the circle indicates the number of orders selected.

4. Click on Download selected orders.
   
5. Choose a download option:
   
   • Download orders as individual pdfs: will download each order as a separate pdf (all compressed into a zip file).
   • Download orders as one pdf: will consolidate all orders into a single pdf file.
6. Click okay.

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
