View quote/order as customer

You can view how a quote or order will be presented to the customer at any time, except if it has the status, 'Saved as Draft'.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.

To view quote/order as a customer:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
3. Click View to load the quote or order you want to view as a customer.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote or order, except on the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.

4. Click on the View as Customer action.
        
   The View As Customer popup will be displayed, showing how the quote will look like to the customer.
5. Click okay to close the View As Customer popup.
