Tracking email communications is essential for effective order management and customer service. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the steps to access and review the email history associated with your quotes and orders. You can view all email correspondence linked to individual quotes or orders, including quote and order emails, payment request emails, and note notification emails sent to customers from Business Hub. Each email is automatically recorded with a timestamp, the sender and recipient information, the subject, and a summary.

To view the email history for a quote/order:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
- Click View to load the quote or order you want to view the email history of.
- Click on the Email History tab.
Email records are listed under the Email History tab in order of latest to earliest:
The leftmost column shows whether emails have been read or not. A red flag indicates that the email has not been read. A green flag indicates that the customer has read the email. When you hover the mouse pointer over the red flag, a tooltip will be displayed informing you that the customer has not read the email. When you hover the mouse pointer over the green flag, a tooltip will be displayed showing the date and time at which the customer read the email.
A counter on the tab shows the number of email records that have not been viewed. Unviewed email records are displayed in bold text. You can click on the blue subject text to view the email content.
To block email notifications for a quote/order:

- Click on the block emails action at the end of the header row.
