You can view the history of all email correspondence linked to individual quotes or orders. Quote and Order emails, Payment Request emails and Note emails sent to the customer from Business Hub are automatically recorded in your quote or order with a timestamp, the sender, recipient, subject and email summary.
- You must have Administrator, Sales Manager or Sales Team permission to use this feature.
To view the email history for a quote/order:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes or Business Hub > Orders.
- Click View to load the quote or order you want to view the email history of.
You can also click anywhere within a row to load the quote or order, except on the customer name. Clicking on the customer name loads the customer record.
- Click on the Emails tab.
Email records are listed under the Email History tab in order of latest to oldest:
A counter on the tab shows the number of email records that have not been viewed. Unviewed email records are displayed in bold text. You can click on the blue subject text to view the email content.
