DecoNetwork's Business Hub offers a powerful tool called the Product Selector, designed to streamline the process of browsing and selecting products for your business needs. This intuitive feature allows you to visually explore your product catalog, making it easier than ever to find the right items to include in your quotes and orders.
In this tutorial, we will guide you through the process of using the Product Selector in DecoNetwork's Business Hub. You'll learn how to navigate the interface, search for products, and utilize filters to narrow down your options. Whether you're looking for specific product styles, colors, or sizes, the Product Selector simplifies the task of searching for the right product in your product catalog.
To select a product using the Product Selector:
- Click in the name field in a line item, then click on the Open Product Selector button at the bottom of the product list.
The Product Selector is loaded.
- Tick the checkboxes of the categories you are interested in.
- Tick the checkboxes for the sizes you need.
- Tick the checkboxes for the colors you need.
- Tick the checkboxes of the vendors and manufacturers of the product.
- Tick the checkboxes of the decoration processes that the product supports.
- Enter the maximum and minimum price for the product you need.
- Enter a search keyword in the Text field.
The products are filtered automatically as you select your options and type the keywords.
- Browse through the products using the pagination menu at the bottom left of the Products section.
- When you have found the product you want, click on the product image.
The product will be added to the current line item of the quote or order.
