You can add new customers directly from the Customers page in Business Hub. Additionally, you have the flexibility to add a new customer seamlessly while creating a quote, an order, or when initiating an artwork approval job. To add a new customer from the Customers page:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Customers.
- Click on Add New Customer.
- Enter the customer's details in the New Customer form.
- Optionally, tick the Send Welcome Message checkbox to send a welcome email, containing login details, to the customer.
- Optionally, tick the Customer Is Account Holder checkbox to set the customer as an account holder.
- Click the OK button to save the customer record.
To add a new customer within a quote, order, or artwork approval:
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team permission to use this feature.
- Click on the Add New Customer button in the quote, order, or Artwork approval.
OR
Click on the Customer Details field in the Quote or Order and then click on the Add New Customer button at the bottom of the drop-down list.
- Enter the customer's details in the Add Customer Details/New Custom form.
- Optionally, tick the Send Welcome Message checkbox to send a welcome email, containing login details, to the customer.
- Optionally, tick the Customer Is Account Holder checkbox to set the customer as an account holder.
- Optionally, tick the Separate shipping address checkbox to specify a different address for shipping.
- Click the OK button to save the customer record.
