Tracking the status of quotes is crucial for efficient management of your decoration business. If you have given or mailed your customer a physical copy of the quote or emailed the customer outside of Business Hub, it is essential to mark it as "sent" to keep track of its progress. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to mark a quote as sent to the customer within Business Hub.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator, Sales Manager, or Sales Team permission to use this feature.
- Only quotes that have the status of Saved can be marked as sent.
To mark a quote as sent:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes.
- Click View to load the quote you want to mark as sent.
- Click on Mark Quote as Sent.
This action will change the status of the quote to Awaiting Approval.
