Convert abandoned cart to order

You can convert an abandoned cart into an actual order and send it to the customer to encourage them to complete their purchase. Once an abandoned cart is converted to an order, you can edit the pricing or offer a discount to make it more attractive to the customer. The benefit of converting an abandoned cart into an order is that the customer can complete the purchase without having to go through the checkout process. They can simply finalize the purchase by clicking on the link to the order where they can provide any missing billing and shipping information and make a secure payment online.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To convert an abandoned cart to an order:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to convert to an order.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Convert to Order.
   
   You will find the new order on the Orders page once processing is complete.
