Download abandoned cart order invoice PDF

Addressing abandoned carts is a crucial aspect of optimizing your sales strategy, and DecoNetwork provides a seamless way to manage this process. In this guide, we will show you how to download an abandoned cart in the form of an order PDF. This allows you to have a detailed and portable record of the abandoned cart, making it easier to follow up with potential customers and encourage them to complete their purchases.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To download an abandoned cart order PDF:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to download.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Invoice Sheet from the Order Actions menu.
   

   The dropdown menu will be displayed.

   
5. Click on Download.

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
