Convert abandoned cart to quote

You can create a quote from an abandoned cart and send it to the customer to encourage them to complete their purchase. Once an abandoned cart is converted to a quote, you can edit the pricing or offer a discount to make it more attractive to the customer. To complete the order, the customer simply clicks on a link to the quote where they can provide any missing billing and shipping information and approve the quote online.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To convert an abandoned cart to a quote:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to convert to a quote.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Convert to Quote.
   
   You will find the new quote on the Quotes page once processing is complete.
