Cancel abandoned cart

While efforts to convert abandoned carts into completed orders can sometimes be successful, there are instances when these efforts may not yield the desired results. In such cases, it's important to know how to efficiently manage and cancel these abandoned carts, ensuring your system remains organized and free from clutter. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the steps to cancel an abandoned cart, providing you with the knowledge to maintain a clean and efficient order management system.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To cancel an abandoned cart:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click View to load the abandoned cart order you want to cancel.
   

   You can also click anywhere within an abandoned cart's row to load it.

4. Click on Cancel Order.
   
5. Click OK in the Cancel Order popup to confirm you want to cancel the abandoned cart order.
   
   The order will be moved to the Closed tab of the Abandoned Carts page.
