Activate cancelled abandoned cart

Sometimes, you may find that a previously canceled abandoned cart has the potential to be converted into a quote or an order. DecoNetwork provides a convenient way to reactivate these carts, giving you another opportunity to engage with your customers and potentially finalize a sale. In this tutorial, we'll guide you through the simple steps to reactivate a canceled abandoned cart.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To activate a canceled abandoned cart:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Abandoned Carts.
   
3. Click on the Closed tab.
   
4. Click View to load the canceled abandoned cart order you want to activate.
   

   You can also click anywhere within the row of a canceled abandoned cart to load it.

5. Click on Activate Order.
   
   The order will be moved to the Open tab of the Abandoned Carts page.
