View a company's orders

If you have defined company accounts in Business Hub, you will be able to view all of the orders placed by contacts of the company in one location. This enables you to efficiently manage and track all of the orders for a company without having to search for them from the main Orders List.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Sales Manager permission to use this feature.

To view a company's orders:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Companies.
   
3. Click View to open a company account you want to view the orders of.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a company's row to load it.

4. Click on the Orders tab.
   

   The list of orders placed by all contacts of the company is displayed in a table.
