Knowing how to properly delete a purchase order is crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth business operations. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to delete a purchase order in DecoNetwork's Business Hub. You can delete a purchase order at any time during the purchase order process, including purchase orders that are closed.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator and/or Purchasing permission to use this feature.
To delete a purchase order:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Purchase Orders.
- Click anywhere within a purchase order's row to load it.
- Click on Delete Purchase Order.
A popup will be displayed, asking if you are sure you want to delete the purchase order.
- Click OK to confirm you want to delete the purchase order.
