Customized order status messages may give your customers a better idea of your internal production methods than the default status messages. These messages can be tailored to suit your business.
To edit Customer Order Statuses:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Settings > Production & Order Settings > Customer Order Statuses.
To edit the Customer Order Status, simply tick the 'Override' box and type in a new customer status message that suits your business communication.
