You can mark an Artwork Approval as 'sent' to record that you have sent your customer a copy of the Artwork Approval form outside of the system.
Prerequisites
- You must have Administrator and/or Artwork Staff permission to use this feature.
To mark an artwork approval as sent:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
- Click view to load the artwork approval you want to mark as sent.
- Click on Mark as Sent to Customer.
This status of the artwork approval will be changed to Awaiting Approval.
