Download artwork approval form

You can download a PDF version of an artwork approval form at any time after the artwork approval has been created.

The approval form contains a proof of the production-ready artwork, the size of the artwork and a list of the artwork colors. If the artwork job was created through an order, the form will also include the product description, product size(s), product colors, measurements of the artwork position in relation to the product, and a simulation of the artwork on the product.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Artwork Staff permission to use this feature.

To download an artwork approval form:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
   
3. Click view to load the artwork approval you want to download.
   
4. Click on Download Approval Form.
   

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
