Cancel artwork approval

You may want to cancel an artwork approval if, for some reason, an artwork approval is no longer required. Standalone artwork approvalsA standalone artwork approval is a record of an artwork job that is not associated with an order. can be canceled at any time through the Artwork Approvals page.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Artwork Staff permission to use this feature.

To cancel a standalone artwork approval:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
   
3. Click view to load the artwork approval you want to cancel.
   
4. Click on Cancel Artwork Approval.
   

   The artwork approval is moved to the Artwork Complete tab and its status is changed to "Cancelled".

To cancel an artwork approval associated with an order:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Artwork Approvals.
   
3. Click view to load the artwork approval you want to cancel.
   
4. Click on the order number to open the order.
   
5. Click on Edit Order.
   
6. Click on the load in designer icon.
   

   The Designer is displayed.

7. Untick the Design requires changes checkbox.
   
8. Click Done in the Designer.
   
9. Click Save Order.
   
10. Enter a note for the customer in the Save With Note To Customer popup. (Optional)
    
11. Click OK.

    The artwork approval is moved to the Artwork Complete tab and its status is changed to "Cancelled".
