Issues are problems that have occurred within DecoNetwork that may slow down or prevent production or sales. You can view all open issues within your Admin center.
- You must have administrator access to view issues
To View Issues:
- Browse to Admin
- Click on the lightning bolt icon located in the blue bar at the top of the page
- A list of outstanding issues will drop down from the lightning bolt. You may select any issue to view its details. You may also click view all issues at the bottom of the issue list to see all issues on a single page. This page of issues can also be reached from browsing to Admin > Dashboard > View Current Issues.
You can select 'View Issue History' to view previous issues.
