Occasionally, issues may occur within your DecoNetwork account that may slow down or prevent production or sales. DecoNetwork will alert you when such issues occur. You can view all open issues within your Fulfillment Center Admin.
- You must have administrator access to view issues
To view issues:
- Browse to Admin.
- Click on the lightning bolt icon located in the blue bar at the top of the page.
A list of recent unresolved issues will drop down from the lightning bolt.
- Click on any issue to view its details.
The Manage Issue page is displayed. On this page, you will see the time and date of when the issue occurred, a description of the issue, and instructions on how the issue can be resolved.
You can remove the issue by clicking on the Remove Issue button.
To see all outstanding issues, click on view all issues at the bottom of the Issues drop-down list.This will load the View Current Issues page displaying the full list of unresolved issues.
