Team Members are staff who have privileges to operate and administer your DecoNetwork system. They have different roles and privileges as set under Admin > Account > Team Members. The statistics show the activity of each team member in a graphical format and as an optional file download. Data presented includes the days worked, items processed, and total value of orders processed.
To view Team Member Statistics:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Reports > Team Member Statistics.
- Select the Date that you would like to view team member statistics for.
- Click Update.
The team member statistics for your chosen date are displayed in the main work area.
You can view more detailed order statistics for a particular team member by clicking on the View breakdown button for that team member.
- Click the Download Data button to download the report as a CSV file.
