Staff Accounts allow staff members to operate and administer your DecoNetwork system. They have different roles and privileges as set under Admin > Account > Staff Accounts. The statistics show the activity of each staff member in a graphical format and as an optional file download. Data presented include the days worked, items processed, and the total value of orders processed.
To view Staff Account Statistics:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Admin > Reports > Staff Account Statistics.
- Select the Date that you would like to view the staff account statistics for.
- Click Update.
The staff account statistics for your chosen date are displayed in the main work area at the bottom of the page.
You can view more detailed order statistics for a particular staff account by clicking on the View breakdown button for that staff member.
- Click the Download Data button to download the report as a CSV file.
