To add a new custom shipping method

Custom shipping methods allow you to tailor shipping rates based on your specific requirements. You can set up standard, express, or international shipping methods. You can configure your custom shipping methods to be fixed-rate or variable rates based on factors such as order total, weight, or shipping zones

Custom shipping methods provide flexibility and control over your shipping strategy, ensuring that your customers are charged accurate shipping costs based on your specific criteria.

Prerequisites

• You must have administrator access to use this feature

To add a new custom shipping method:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
2. Browse to Admin > Settings > Shipping.
3. Select Shipping Methods.

   

   

   A list of your shipping methods will appear in a list.

   Color labels are used to indicate important conditions of the shipping methods:

   • Gray labels indicate that the shipping method is inactive.
   • Red labels indicate that the shipping method is only available in Business Hub.

   

   If a shipping method is both inactive and only available in Business Hub, it will be highlighted with the inactive color.

4. Click the Add Custom Shipping Method in the top actions toolbar.
   

   The Add Custom Shipping Method screen is displayed.

   Various tabs are available for configuring the custom shipping method.

5. Configure the settings as required.

6. Click Save.
