Why configure your dispatch address?
The dispatch address determines the physical origin of your shipments. Shipping carriers use this address to calculate rates and expected delivery times. A correctly configured dispatch address ensures:
- Accurate real-time shipping quotes
- Correct return and pickup locations
- Reliable fulfillment and fewer delivery issues
Configure your dispatch address
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin → Settings → Shipping.

Select Shipping Methods.
The Shipping Methods page is displayed in the work area.

Locate the dispatch address displayed to the left of your custom shipping methods.
By default, the company contact details specified under Admin > Settings > Contact Details is used as the dispatch address.

Click Edit under the dispatch address.
The Edit Dispatch Address page is displayed.
- If checked, un-tick Same as Contact Details to enter a different address.
- Enter or update the dispatch address information.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

Does the dispatch address affect the shipping rates shown to customers?
Yes. Shipping carriers calculate rates based on the origin address. If the dispatch address is incorrect, customers may see inaccurate shipping charges.
Can I set different dispatch addresses for different stores?
No. The dispatch address is configured at the fulfillment-center level and applies to all stores you fulfill for.
Does changing the dispatch address affect existing orders?
No. Existing orders retain the dispatch address and shipping rates calculated at the time they were created.
What if I work with dropshippers or external suppliers?
Your dispatch address applies only to shipments sent from your fulfillment center. Supplier shipments use the supplier’s address and rates.
Is the dispatch address used on packing slips and shipping labels?
Yes. The dispatch address may be shown on shipping documents depending on the carrier and your configuration.
