Download source and editable artwork files for production jobs

Alongside the production-ready design file, we also save an editable version of the design file, along with the original artwork file(s) provided by the customer, in each production job. These files are available for download if you need to make changes to the final design. The PDF file preserves all the individual elements that make up the production file, allowing you to make necessary adjustments to the design with ease.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager, or Production Team permission to use this feature.

To download source and editable files:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.
   

   Click the image to enlarge.

3. Click view to load the job item you want to download production files for.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a job item's row to load it.

4. In the Design Files section:
   • Click on the Download (PDF) link in the Alternate Format column to download the editable PDF file.
   • Click on the Download link in the Source Files column to download the original artwork file(s) provided by the customer
   

   Depending on your browser settings, the file will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
