Mark job as production complete

You can mark a job as production complete to indicate that production has been fully completed for that particular job. You can mark a job as production complete individually or in bulk. Once marked as production complete, the job will be moved to the Shipping page so that operators have a clear view of items ready to be shipped.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager or Production Team permission to use this feature.
• The job must have the status, "Awaiting production"

To mark an individual job as production complete:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.
   
3. Click view to load the job you want to mark as production complete.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a job's row to load it.

4. Click on Mark as production complete.
   

   The status of the job will be changed to Production Complete and the job will be moved to the Production Complete tab.

To mark jobs as production complete in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.
   
3. Tick the checkboxes of the jobs you want to mark as production complete.
   

   You can click on the circle icon at the top of the checkbox column to display the bulk-selection options:

   
   The number in the circle indicates the number of jobs selected.

   • Click on select all x line items to select all line items (x is the total number of jobs).
   • Click on select all line items on this page to select all jobs displayed on the current page.
   • Click on deselect all to deselect all line items.
4. Click on Mark as production complete.
   

   The status of all selected jobs will be changed to Production Complete and the jobs will be moved to the Production Complete tab.
