Business Hub

Business Hub (BH) is the operational side of DecoNetwork for the Fulfillment Center. Business Hub provides you with the tools to efficiently manage your production workflow. It is a comprehensive quote, order, and production management system. Features such as bulk processing, automated purchase orders, artwork approval, production-ready artwork, automatically generated work orders, worksheets, packing slips, and shipping labels work in an integrated workflow to streamline your processes.

Functions of the Business Hub

Business Hub is where your business team members (staff) interact with DecoNetwork as they carry out their employment roles. For example, sales staff use Business Hub to generate quotes and orders. Artists use Business Hub to manage, file, and have customers approve art resources for their jobs with a full audit trail of the approval process. Storekeepers can order new inventory from suppliers via the purchase order system, receive and manage the goods and have them put into the production queue. Managers can see the state of all orders and their place in the production pipeline. Machine operators can see which jobs are ready to be processed, along with full details of the job including the product to be decorated and the art to be used for the decoration.

A major advantage of DecoNetwork is that all of these features are all completely integrated with all other parts of the system, from the online affiliate stores to your shipping company. By using DecoNetwork as part of your daily business practice, efficiency will be gained in the front and back offices of your Fulfillment Center.

What is the difference between Business Hub and Fulfillment Center Admin?

Business Hub (BH) is where team members use DecoNetwork for day to day operation of your business. The Fulfillment Center Admin - accessed via "Admin" in the Top Bar - is where your DecoNetwork site Administrator configures the products, processes websites, and every other option that the rest of your staff - and your Affiliates - will touch in their day-to-day operations. Thus, Business Hub is the operational side of DecoNetwork, and the Admin section of the Fulfillment Center is the configuration side.
