Batch Inventory Pull Sheet

Managing inventory efficiently is crucial for the smooth operation of batch and campaign stores. DecoNetwork helps you streamline this process with Batch Inventory Pull Sheets. These sheets consolidate the quantities needed across all orders in a batch or campaign store, making it easier for you to organize and fulfill your inventory requirements. Utilize the Batch Inventory Pull Sheets to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and optimum inventory control. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to print and download Batch Inventory Pull Sheets for both batch and campaign stores.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Sales Manager, and/or Sales Team permission to use this feature.
• You must be on a multi-store plan.
• You must have the Batch Production App enabled.

To download or print a Batch Inventory Pull Sheet in a campaign store:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Campaigns.

   

   

   

   The badge count shows the number of sites ready to be moved into production, plus the number of sites in production with open orders.
   

   The main work area shows all the campaign stores within your Fulfillment Center.

   
3. Click on the View link beside the campaign store you wish to view.

   The Store View of the selected campaign store will be loaded in the main work area.

4. Tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to print order slips for.
   

   You can click on the checkbox icon at the top of the checkbox column to display the bulk-selection options:

   

   The number in the box indicates the number of orders selected.

   • Click on select all line items on this page to select all line items displayed on the current page.
   • Click on deselect all to deselect all line items.
5. Click on Batch Inventory Pull Sheet in the Actions Menu.
   
6. Select Download to download the Batch Inventory Pull Sheet or Print to print it.

   The Download popup will be displayed with the following options.

   
   • Consolidate all open orders: will generate a consolidated inventory pull sheet of the inventory on-hand for all open orders.
   • Consolidate all closed orders: will generate a consolidated inventory pull sheet of the inventory on-hand for all closed orders.
   • Consolidate selected orders only: will generate a consolidated inventory pull sheet of the inventory on-hand for selected orders Only.
7. Click OK.

   If you selected Download, the Download Batch Inventory Pull Sheet Popup is displayed with a link to download the pull sheet.

   

   If you selected Print, the browser print screen is displayed.

To download or print a Batch Inventory Pull Sheet in a batch store:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.

3. Click on the View link beside the batch store you wish to view.
