Pricing tables allow you to define how customers are charged for decoration services using more sophisticated methods than a flat fee. This includes setting prices based on order line volume. The price tables set the pricing on a per-order line basis - like-products of varying sizes will be on the same order line, provided they are in the same color. Different colors will always be a new order line.
The screen printing process has its unique set of pricing variables outlined below. Creating a price table does not activate its use for the decoration method, the price table (you may define many) must be selected as the active price table for each decoration process.
Price tables set the default price for products to which that default applies. For example, default screen printing (SCR) price tables will set pricing for all products that use SCR, or for a group/category of products that use SCR as configured in the Product Group. As always default pricing may also be overridden at the product level by editing a product's pricing tab

- Standard Pricing - Flat prices based on number of ink colors used
- Standard pricing does not take the size of the screen print area into consideration when determining the price.
- Standard pricing does take into consideration the number of colors used, to charge for a white base, and the number of pieces being printed - volume pricing.
- The price table is used per decoration area which is screen printed. If the front of a shirt is printed, the charge determined by the table is used. If the back was also to be decorated, the table would charge a second time to print there as well. The pricing is cumulative, add each decoration together to determine the final price.
- Discounts can be set for using additional decoration areas. The number of different discount levels can be configured as can the size of the discount, both based on the number of decoration areas used.
- Give the price table a Name.
- White Base Pricing enables charging of a white base as an extra charge, or charging it as though it was a color. If a white base is set to be an extra charge, it must be defined later as part of the pricing table.
- Rows determines the number of colors to be used in the price table.
- Columns sets how many product volume levels you will use in the table. Each level is an amount of product to which a discount will apply. Each level will require a discount to be set for each additional color being used in the price table.
- Set the volume levels in the Quantity From boxes.
- For each volume level, in the column below, set the price of the print based on the number of colors being used.
- Per + is for each color used above the number already set and is charged in addition to the amount set in the previous row.
- Apply discounts on additional areas, when enabled, will let you set a discount for using additional screen printing areas.
- Number of areas let you define discounts, with the last row setting the discount for all subsequent decoration areas.
