View order notes in production item

Within a production item, you can easily access all notes associated with an order. These notes are vital for communicating crucial information and instructions throughout the production process. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effortlessly access and review order notes linked to specific production items. By doing so, you'll ensure clear communication and smooth order execution, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction. You'll have access to both internal notes and external notes, including those exchanged with the customer.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager or Production Team permission to use this feature.

To view order notes:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.
   

   Click the image to enlarge.

3. Click view to load the item you want to download production files for.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a job item's row to load it.

4. Click on the Order Notes tab.
   

   All internal and external order notes are displayed with the name of the creator and the date and time of creation.
