Force graphics regeneration

Occasionally, network errors or corruption may prevent the generation of production files. In such cases, utilizing the "Force Graphics Regeneration" command becomes necessary to refresh the file. This feature is vital to ensuring your designs are ready for production. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to effectively trigger graphics regeneration.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager or Production Team permission to use this feature.

To force graphics regeneration:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Production.

3. Click view to load the job item you want to regenerate of production files for.
   

   You can also click anywhere within a job item's row to load it.

4. Click Force graphics regeneration, below the table in the Design Files section.
   

   It may take up to 5 minutes for the file to be regenerated.
