LivePerson is a live chat system that enhances the customer's experience by letting them engage with an operator in real-time. In DecoNetwork, the Fulfillment Center can enable LivePerson Support to communicate with their affiliate stores through in-app messaging. Note, LivePerson Support is not available for messaging with website visitors in DecoNetwork.
- You must have administrator access to use this feature
- You must have the LivePerson Support app enabled
- You require a LivePerson Pro account (www.liveperson.com)
To configure LivePerson Support on your sites:
- Log into your DecoNetwork Website.
- Browse to Admin > Websites.
Select LivePerson Support.
If you have not used LivePerson Support before, or you have previously disabled LivePerson Support, enable the LivePerson Support app by clicking on the yellow and black + button.
Click on the LivePerson Support banner, then press Add Now in the popup window to enable LivePerson Support. Press Close once LivePerson Support has been enabled.
- Enter your Site ID.
- Enter your Image URL as configured in LivePerson.
- Press the Save button.
