Download order slips in bulk

Order slips contain details of all the items in an order. Order slips can be accessed at any time before production is complete and are useful for ensuring accuracy in the shipping process. They act as a detailed checklist of an order when preparing the shipping packages. Business Hub automatically generates order slips that you can download from the Shipping page. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to download order slips in bulk.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator, Production Manager, or Shipping permission to use this feature.

To download order slips in bulk:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Shipping.

3. Tick the checkboxes of the orders you want to download order slips for.
   

   You can click on the checkbox icon at the top of the checkbox column to display the bulk-selection options:

   

   The number in the box indicates the number of orders selected.

   • Click on select all x line items to select all line items (x is the total number of line items).
   • Click on select all line items on this page to select all line items displayed on the current page.
   • Click on deselect all to deselect all line items.
4. Click Order Slips in the Actions menu.
   
5. Select Download from the dropdown list.
   

   Depending on your browser settings, the order slip will be immediately downloaded to the default download location or you will be prompted to choose a download location.
