View a stock sheet

A stock sheet is an essential document that provides a detailed overview of your current inventory levels. Keeping track of your stock is crucial for ensuring you have the right materials on hand to meet customer demand, preventing stockouts, and optimizing your purchasing and production processes. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to access and review your stock sheets within DecoNetwork's Business Hub.

Prerequisites

• You must have Administrator and/or Purchasing permission to use this feature.

To view a stock sheet:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Business Hub > Purchase Orders.
   
3. Click anywhere within a purchase order's row to load it.
   
4. Click on Print Stock Sheet.
   
   The stock sheet window will be displayed.
   

   Click the thumbnail to enlarge.

5. Click CLOSE to close the window.
