Managing quotes efficiently is essential for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring potential sales are not lost. In DecoNetwork's Business Hub, quotes can sometimes be rejected by customers for various reasons. However, the system allows you to re-open these rejected quotes, giving you the opportunity to make necessary adjustments and resend them for approval. In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through the steps to re-open rejected quotes in DecoNetwork's Business Hub.
To re-open a rejected quote:
- Log into your DecoNetwork website.
- Browse to Business Hub > Quotes.
- Click on the Rejected tab.
- Click View to load the quote you want to reject.
The quote opens in the work area.
- Update the quote as required.
- Click on Mark Quote as Saved in the Quote Actions menu.
A confirmation popup is displayed.
- Click OK.
The quote is re-open and can be sent to the customer for approval.
