How to access incomplete carts in the My Account area:
- Sign in to the customer account from the store Login page.
- Click on the My Account link in the navigation menu.
The My Account screen is displayed.
- Click on Incomplete Carts from the menu at the left.
The Incomplete Carts Screen will be displayed.
- Click on the view link of an incomplete cart.
The incomplete cart details page will be displayed.
- Click the Add To Cart button to complete the abandoned cart.
