Processing Payment for Shopify Orders

Once you have mapped products and selected a shipping method, the next step is to process payment for a Shopify order. Payments must be made in accordance with the account's payment terms before a Shopify order can be processed and fulfilled. This article will walk you through the payment processing steps in DecoNetwork, ensuring all transactions are properly completed. This task can be completed once integration has been successfully configured and orders have been submitted from Shopify.

To Process Payments for Individual Shopify Orders:

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to Admin > Websites.
   

   Click on the Manage button beside the store you want to configure.

   
3. Select FulFill Shopify Orders from the Store menu.
   

   The Fulfill Shopify Orders page is loaded in the work area.

4. Click on the Orders tab.
   
5. Click on the order number of an order requiring payment.
   
6. Process Payment:
   • Click on the make payment command.
     

     The Order Payment Screen is loaded.

   • Click on the Pay button.
     
   • Set the payment options and click PAY NOW.
     
   • Enter the payment details and submit the payment.
     
7. Return to the Fulfill Shopify Orders page and click OK in the View Order popup.
   

To Process Payments for Shopify Orders in Bulk:

You can pay for Shopify orders in bulk from the My Account area. 

1. Log into your DecoNetwork website.
2. Browse to the storefront and click on the My Account link in the navigation menu.
   

   The My Account screen is displayed.

3. Click on Payment Required from the menu at the left.
   

   The list of unpaid orders will be displayed.

4. Tick the checkboxes of the Shopify orders you want to pay for.
   

   The Amount field will display the full outstanding balance by default. However, you can enter a different amount if you prefer.

5. Click the Pay Selected button.
   

   The payment screen is displayed.

6. Select the payment method you want to use, then click on the PAY NOW button.
   
7. Enter the payment details, then click on the PAY button.
